Salesforce Administrator-Houston- $55k-$75k

A mid-sized utility company is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a Salesforce Certified Admin who can work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide second & third level user support on Salesforce and other third-party tools


• Responsible for data management of Salesforce.com processes. Manage processes and tools that will maintain data accuracy and integrity.


• Configure new features and system enhancements and perform user acceptance and production assurance testing for platform releases.


• Work with business stakeholders to develop requirements for various initiatives, document those requirements, and build an implementation plan.

Requirements

• Salesforce Admin Certification Required


• Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration or a related field


• Ability to lead and participate on working teams


• Requires understanding of declarative limits on Salesforce platform and when/how to engage in solutions to meet the business needs
