The document, justify, and validate implementation details with the customer-focused team. Be a self-driven learner, adapt to new tools and systems quickly. Overcome complex technical challenges and ambiguities. Communicate and coordinate with the technical audience, including the customer. Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of the architecture of Salesforce metadata and configuration. Education and Required Experience (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience Implemented basic DevOps architectures using industry-standard commercial and open-source tools Consistent history of rock-solid mission-critical automation Participate in DevOps-driven development in multiple platforms including Salesforce 5 8 years of hands-on experience on SFDC Admin Proficiency in Configuration setups Knowledge and experience on CICD deployment Proficient in code deployment version conflict resolution Certifications and Specializations Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator Mastery of advanced Git (e.g. conflict resolution, cherry-picking, rebasing), one or more popular CICD tools.
