• Must have through knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and Administration experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce customization and development using technologies
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration

skills. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Experience of client interviews / JAD sessions / requirements workshop execution
• Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification
