Job Description – This Salesforce Administrator contractor position will perform administrative and support work for a Covid-related project (Vaccine Event Management) on Client's Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for Administration as well as Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting of customer tickets. This position will work closely with developers focused on programming applications and web-services based on the industry's leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. This position will require working during off hours, including holidays and weekends.
