Your role at a glance
Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH) is recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst who will initially be part of a project team to establish/implement the technology and will thereafter be responsible for continuous improvement and day to day management of the platform.
You will deliver an industry leading experience to the business using the Salesforce platform and will work with a MSP to provide support to the business as needed.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver and maintain an industry leading instance of the Salesforce platform that continues to improve and exceed the businesses expectations
- Administer the businesses Salesforce instance ensuring that issues are kept to a minimum, making use of the support from an MSP where required.
- Embed the Salesforce platform with colleagues whose technical capabilities vary
- Continually engage & challenge the business to translate requirements to Salesforce deliverables, leading workshop sessions as needed with business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain systems architectures as agreed with the businesses Head of Technology
- Be responsible for the operational resilience of the businesses Salesforce platform, working with project or MSP resources as required
What we're looking for
- You'll have strong communication skills and be comfortable supporting non-technical staff, answering queries and troubleshooting where needed and have a flexible and open approach to business challenges
- We are looking for someone who has successfully managed and matured a Salesforce system and who has a track record of engaging key stakeholders to maximise the use of system and to understand the future progression to empower the business.
- You'll have experience in the day to day management of a Salesforce deployment as well as experience in a Business Analyst role in order to be able to translate business requirements to technical deliverables
- Ideally, you'll have appropriate trailhead qualifications and professional memberships
