What started as a small group of families gathered around a kitchen table in 1979 has blossomed into the nation's leading voice on mental health. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
Today, we are an alliance of hundreds of local affiliates, state organizations and a national office who work in communities across the United States to raise awareness and provide support and education that was not previously available to those in need. NAMI advocates for all who are affected by mental illness, both the individuals and the people in their lives. In particular, we work to address disparities and injustices and to promote dignity and inclusion for all people with mental illness and their families. In addition to being advocates, we educate, we listen, and we lead as evidenced by our public awareness campaigns, the range of numerous programs we provide, and our strong public policy.
We currently have an opening for a Salesforce Administrator on NAMI's Strategic Alliances & Development (SA&D) Team. The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the SA&D Team's Salesforce administrator and donor database manager. He or she will become an expert at SA&D processes and workflows to help the team develop and better leverage the system. This includes working with the NAMI's Salesforce and SA&Ds Team to customize our Salesforce instance, develop data entry and governance rules, maintain data integrity, and ensure that the SA&D Team understands how to use the system and integrated applications in service of fundraising and strategic partnership efforts. Finally, the individual in this position will help develop on-demand reports and regularly support many of the SA&D Team's database needs, which includes serving as our primary Marketing Cloud user.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work to improve the Strategic Alliances & Development (SA&D) Team's ability to import/export comprehensive, quality data from the system in accordance with NAMI's data governance policies:
Write a program that prints the numbers from 1 to 100. But for multiples of three print "Fizz" instead of the number and for the multiples of five print "Buzz." For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print "FizzBuzz."
Must pass background check.
