Salesforce Administrator - Cincinnati, OH - $90,000

As the Salesforce Administrator for this client, you will help to lead the strategy and design of the SFDC platform, support the SFDC consolidation and cleanup initiative across this client's business unit, and support the SFDC re-architecting to meet best practices. Strong candidates for this role are adept at strategic thinking, business and process analysis, SFDC configuration, and SFDC data models.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Salesforce Community and all integrated apps
• Serve as the primary admin for our Salesforce user community
• Configuring, coding, implementing, testing and supporting all SFDC instances
• Manage upgrades, backups, recovery
• Troubleshoot and solve all SFDC issues
• Supporting SFDC consolidations of multiple orgs
• Maintain the Integrity, security and performance of the SFDC platform
• Perform all admin functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Desired but not required -Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or related program
• Will accept combination of technical training and professional experience
• 5+ years Salesforce administration
• Solid understanding and proven leadership in Salesforce best practices
• Mastery of Salesforce, SFDC data models, workflows and org hierarchies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and passionate about good sales information design
• Ability to thoughtfully plan and organize for on-time project delivery
