Salesforce Administrator - Los Angeles, CA - $85,000

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong experience managing 100+ users on either the Sales or Service Cloud to join our client at their young, energetic company in Los Angeles near Beverly Hills. This person will be in a supporting role to the Sr Salesforce Administrator, and will be the primary person responsible for managing their 100+ Salesforce users. This person will be working directly with the users to help answer support questions, on-board, and train them on using the platform. It requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to modify their approach for individuals at different levels in the organisation.

The day to day:

• Answering support tickets from Salesforce users and working with them directly to resolve system issues


• On-boarding users, creating and managing user profiles, creating permission sets and security rules


• Creating workflows within the Sales or Service cloud to address user pain points


• Directly supporting the Sr Salesforce Administrator with various system support tasks


• Developing various reports and dashboards for users


• Meeting with users within the office to train them hands-on

Qualifications:

• 4+ years managing 100+ users and developing in Salesforce or other CRM


• 2+ years developing workflows, reports, dashboards, permission sets and security rules


• Hands-on development in the Sales or Service cloud of Salesforce


• Experience using Dataloader.io in multiple projects


• Experience meeting with users to on-board and train them in Salesforce


• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others get the most out of their Salesforce experience


• Salesforce certification is absolutely a plus
