Position Summary:Under supervision of the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for participating in the deployment project for CPQ, CRM, Sales Cloud, and providing ongoing business support for enhancements and business rule updates within the tool. This includes, but is not limited to, product configuration, pricing rules/execution, approval workflow design, and document template administration. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail along with experience in pricing or technology configuration / administration. This position will work closely with Inmars Systems Integrator and have an active hands-on role with business teams during initial deployment, training, and post-launch support.Primary Accountabilities:Technical (50%)CRM CPQ Sales Cloud Administration, Development, Support and Training. A proven working knowledge of Salesforce with experience in writing business requirements, direct set up of pricing rules, configuration attributes, pricing models creation (block/slab/discount schedules/configuration attributes) and running complex reports and data updates within Salesforce CPQ. This position will also play a role in the company-wide strategy, planning, execution and support of CRM (Salesforce.com) and sales process integration for acquisitions.Maintain and improve CPQ pricing documentation and requirements, including roles of pricing rules, objects and object-level field values.Direct engagement with Inmar's Systems Integrator to learn configuration and participate in all workshops and design sessionsQuality of the CPQ deployment by participating in Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training activitiesConceptualizes, designs and administers system structure and user interface changesSelf-educates to maintain System certifications and proactively pursues additional relevant certificationsFamiliar, at a high level, with APEX and Visual force development languagesConducts multiple phase, customized training for new hires and ongoing, role-based associate training workshopsFunctions as Tier 2 and Tier 3 CRM Support contact with the ability to handle advanced requests and site administration changesSales Tool DevelopmentLeads implementation, administration and conducts training on related sales toolsResearch, develop, recommend and administer new sales tools to improve sales efficiency and effectivenessLeverages advanced Excel skill set to develop any needed Excel-based sales toolsProject Management (25%)Special Project Management & Support - Helps with cross-team process improvement or reporting projects as needed by leveraging Excel and Salesforce expertise.Manages special projects, reporting, analysis, processes and assignments between sales and other departments (operations, marketing, finance, etc.)Leads training and support for other roles on the Sales Operations teamAnalytical (25%)Sales Data Management and Reporting - Uses CRM and other resources to provide meaningful ad hoc reporting and analysis to sales, Executive leaders and others as neededUsing multiple data sources, this associate will use their advanced Excel skillset to regularly develop complex reporting, trending and analysisDesigns, implements and maintains sales dashboards for sales leaders and reps, calling out actionable insights for sales improvementPlays a role in the development and execution of sales integration plans for new acquisitionsPerforms acquisition data integration analysis, cleanup, and designs data migration strategyProactively provides reporting as new initiatives ariseLeads efforts to maintain system wide data cleanliness for accurate reportingRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree (technical or business preferred)Certified Salesforce AdministratorCPQ experienceAdvanced knowledge of CRM and CPQ administration (Salesforce.com/equivalent)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel)GSuite experience (preferred)Project Management ExperienceSix or more years of relevant experience (sales operations preferred)Individual Competencies:IntegrityPersonal CredibilitySelf-AwarenessTeamworkAdaptableInnovativeCuriousEstablish FocusAnalytical and Critical ThinkingProblem SolvingCommunicationCollaborationEffective ExecutionTaking InitiativeAuthenticitySelf-KnowledgeConflict ManagementInclusivityVision and StrategyChange ManagementAccountabilityUrgencyBusiness AcumenThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
