Summary
Allvue is looking for a self-motivated individual to own operational and administrative aspects of its Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. Day to day responsibilities include configuration changes, related quality and process change management controls, and user support & training. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes related to system. The successful candidate will exhibit a skillset that is part technical project manager, administrator, and analyst, joining a mission-critical and highly visible Business Operations team with key business partnerships to Sales, Sales Ops, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Customer Success and Professional Services.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing deployment and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Provide day to day user support, answer user questions, troubleshoot configuration defects and process gaps
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests from stakeholders
- Work closely with users, reliant departments, IT, and external partners to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the platform. Confirm that appropriate change management controls are defined and implemented
- Author and maintain all related system documentation including requirements, process flows and use cases
- Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud API integrations
- Adhere to Salesforce and business systems deployment standards and best practices
- Help develop and maintain Sales Cloud/Business Operations governance strategy and roadmap
WHAT WE NEED
- 3+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience
- Comprehension of Salesforce best practices - ADM201 and ADM211 certification desirable
- Expert understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Must take initiative and self-driven
- Proficient data management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Aptitude to assess the impact of new requirements on Sales Cloud and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud experience highly desirable
- Experience with the following systems a plus: NetSuite, OpenAir, HubSpot, Outreach.io
