Are you passionate about Sales and Sales Operations? Can you think critically and have experience monitoring and delivering key metrics to various stakeholders? Do you have experience or passion for sales and marketing tools and processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you on our Sales Operations team.
We're looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator to support our sales and marketing efforts for a global sales and non-sales userbase. Our instance of salesforce has several hundred users that fit across dozens of personas. The ideal candidate for this role understands complex workflows and business processes and will have the vision to look ahead to eventual growth and future development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Construction: In the first six months of employment, this role will require incoming case management and basic report and dashboard builds to better understand our instance and custom build. Beyond the initial six month period, the role will develop towards building fields, objects, flows and processes to make the system more efficient and user-friendly
- Governance: This role will place a premium on data governance and compliance and the ideal candidate will have experience with privacy settings both within the salesforce environment and for privacy laws such as GDPR
- Compliance: Rolling out new features and rules for new objects, integrations and processes. This will include creating documentation, training users and creating reports and dashboards to monitor compliance and adoption
- Automation: Finding process gaps and entry points for automation or other areas of simplification, universalization and improvement.
- Sales Focus: Create and train new users across multiple timezones and departments
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years business related experience
- Certified Salesforce.com administrator, certified Developer a plus
- Prior experience with Classic and Lightning enterprise editions of Salesforce
- Prior experience building objects, flows, processes and dashboards and reports
- Prior experience integrating technology bolt-ons to CRM systems like lead qualification, sales & automation platforms, de-duping tools and other sales enablement and intelligence platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to present and facilitate meetings at top management level
- Ability to maintain good working relations while simultaneously taking a confident stand to solve problems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results and to manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products, chiefly: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
