APT teams diagnose and recommends the best course of action regarding restoration or replacement of existing pipes. APT is currently hiring for a Salesforce Administrator. SCOPE OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Salesforce Administrator will be engaging with employees to deliver projects daily. Ability to solve problems to drive client growth. Ability to deploy reports, workflow configuration, support, maintenance or document solution design, and improvements while working with other platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, platform maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks as necessary Partner with stakeholders to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests Work with stakeholders to identify Salesforce use cases and drive efficiency to ensure the system is maximized throughout the organization Provide data-based solutions derived from the business and data analytics teams to provide other platform improvements. Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization, ensuring that all technology skill levels can successfully best navigate the system Work to drive improvement in the client experience through greater integration with client and partner software in addition to working with management to replace legacy systems with automation and improved processes. Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements Stay abreast of the latest technology enhancements, tools, and capabilities available through Salesforce and ensure practices are adopted across the organization, as relevant Other projects as delegated from the Senior Management, as assigned ADDITIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the true underlying needs Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree or related study or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. · Salesforce Administrator Certification · Three to five years of Salesforce Admin experience BENEFITS: · Health Insurance · Dental Insurance · Vision Insurance · Life & AD&D Insurance · Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance · STD/LTD insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay APT provides equal opportunity for employment and promotion to all qualified employees and applicants.
