Salesforce Administrator - Sheffield - up to £32K DOE

This is an exciting opportunity to work for the UK's learning digital charity, who's mantra is to support individuals to overcome social challenges through digital methods. The implementation of Salesforce is a key element within the business so there is an urgent requirement for someone with Salesforce experience to serve as an Administrator.

Core Responsibilities include:
  • User account maintenance
  • System configuration
  • Creating and maintaining reports / dashboards
  • Maintaining workflows
  • Supporting and training secondary administrators and providing technical support to all users
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Designing and implementing solutions
  • Completing regular audits in line with regulations
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience as a Salesforce / CRM Administrator, have a strong understanding of the platform, possess excellent technical / data management abilities and be able to problem-solve independently.

Experience of working in a SCRUM or Agile experience would be beneficial as is knowledge of ISO27001.
