Salesforce Administrator - Wolverhampton

I am working with a Salesforce End User within the logistics domain who are seeking a new admin to work on their greenfield Salesforce implementation. Within this role you will work closely with key stakeholders to gather a strong idea of requirements and prioritise any customisations to the initial Salesforce implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Control the entire Salesforce platform across the Sales and Finance team
• Gather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for the platform
• Work closely with the experienced sales team in order to build a strong understanding of where improvements need to be made in order to gain approval to make updates to the system
• You will be in charge of the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented
• Run workshops with our users to teach them how to use the system most effectively

Skills & Qualifications

• Technically you need to have had experience as an administrator on the Salesforce platform, ideally as a sole administrator
• Configuration skills including creating workflows and using process builder
• User support experience
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Experience on Conga or FinancialForce would be beneficial
• Ideally Salesforce certified with ADM201, although not a necessity
