Overview: NJOY is looking add an experienced Salesforce Administrator to its rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will bring expertise with various Salesforce platforms and work across the organization to meet business needs. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging their experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design standard and creative solutions along with optimizing for data integrity and data governance. The candidate will assist in managing NJOY's Salesforce roadmap. Primary Responsibilities: Perform Salesforce administrative duties such as managing user access, creating reporting, performing maintenance, configuring / customizing for business needs, optimizing platform functionality, and addressing user issues as they arrive Work cross-functionally to translate business needs and technology directions into application solutions Develop and provide end-user training Drive to end project management Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, and compliance Manage Salesforce appexchange plugins Assist with relevant integrations and development projects Assist with driving RFPs as needed Create and maintain documentation on policies, procedures, and training materials Manage relationship with Salesforce vendors Minimum Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience and strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce.com platforms Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model Excel in a collaborative environment working cross-functionally Experienced at developing complex workflows Knowledge of UI best practices Must have a strong commitment to documentation Must understand current trends, features, and functionality of Salesforce.com and provide recommendations for best use Strong oral and written communicator.
