Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of Salesforce. In addition, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for investigating and analyzing any system issues, providing recommendations for refining the system, and generating applicable documentation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Certification: Earned several Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer, etc.)

Related Work Experience: 3-5 years of Salesforce development/administration experience; 2 years’ experience with Asana or similar Project Management tool; Administration of a Salesforce Service Cloud Instance; Sales Cloud: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks/Events, Reports / Dashboards, Leads, and Campaigns; Service Cloud: Orders, Quotes, Cases/Solutions, Service Console, Products, and Assets; Cloud-based Data Warehousing and Analytics; Python development; Ability to develop a SOAP and/or RESTful API; Linux Administration; Experience in the Satcom industry; Experience with Service Desk software systems

Core Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of Salesforce software life cycle including functional analysis, configuration, development, prototyping, testing, deployment and support; Play a key role implementing our Salesforce architecture including, but not limited to, Pardot, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in partnership with consultants and leaders; Comfortable designing and building custom applications within the Salesforce / Force.com platform (VisualForce, Apex, JavaScript, Lightening Experience) Salesforce Lightning Web Development and Unlocked Packages); Perform Salesforce administrator functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups; Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems; Assist management with vetting, selecting, implementing and integrating new Salesforce related technology solutions; And more with this exciting opportunity!
