Zipcar is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing Operations team that is eager to make an immediate impact. In this role, you will be the primary administrator of our Salesforce instance and the subject matter expert for the company. As a part of this Sales and Marketing Operations team, you will help to create and manage sales processes, tools and technology bysolving business problems and improving efficiencies.

What you’ll do:
  • Administer our Salesforce and oversee the experience for users; be the internal resource for training and questions to promote adoption across sales, marketing, and field operations departments
  • Build and maintain dashboards and ensure sales goals are clearly defined and reported on regularly
  • Manage incoming JIRA requests from sales and marketing users; including daily administrative/maintenance requests and larger analytical projects; communicate out priorities on a regular basis
  • Manage and maintain integration with third party tools and salesforce – including tools like Zendesk, FormAssembly, Skuid, etc.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all functions in the organization

What drives success for this role:
  • 3 + years of Salesforce Admin experience
  • Familiarity with Lightning and knowledge of JIRA
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, organize and focus on critical tasks – work independently as a self-starter and motivated member of sales & marketing team
