Salesforce Technical Specialist / Administrator
Job Description
To design, develop and deliver high quality systems and services using own knowledge of the Salesforce solution to enhance and build strong business processes. You will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of high-quality Salesforce Lightening Service / Sales cloud applications to agreed specifications within defined timescales. This role requires experience of configuring Salesforce and associated applications that support business processes, and user needs, with a particular focus on the delivery and support to the internal sales / Service and marketing teams. You will need to enhance and provide continuous improvement of the processes and have a technical understanding of Salesforce Steelbricks (CPQ)
Essential Knowledge Experience and Skills
Salesforce Administrator certification – ADM201
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instructions to users.
Confidence working in Lightening Experience, Previous hands-on experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations, testing and support
Salesforce configuration at expert level
Experience of 3rd party applications such as JIRA and other supporting tools.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Desirable Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Salesforce App builder certification.
This opportunity is working from home initially, in the future you shall be required to work near Oxford, OXON.
