Job Description:

The Salesforce Administrator will be the Salesforce Administrator & Developer that will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce Platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in salesforce administration, development, and troubleshooting issues, while collaborating with technical and functional team members to develop Salesforce best practices and database solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in improving processes and adoption using the salesforce platform.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
• Develops and provides end-user training for new and existing users
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users, at all levels
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content
• Implements enhancements and rolls out new features. Executes solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application
• Manages ongoing production support requests and administrative needs of users
• Data Management – bulk migration and maintenance; standardizes, cleans and aligns existing data
• Works with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions

• Integrates Salesforce with other internal and external applications

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Platform App builder Certification and/or Developer Certification preferred
• Experience with developing Flows
• Lightning Community knowledge
• Apex Knowledge preferred
• Creative and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
