5.0| ||Full-time|3 hours ago| Full Job Description The Salesforce Administrator will work alongside another Salesforce Certified Administrator and the Training & Support Team to implement enhancements, provide Salesforce support, and be a primary point of contact for end users. They will work closely with Financial Advisors, Financial Assistants, and other departments to understand system requirements and support business needs. They will configure and manage Salesforce and remain up to date on releases and capabilities, support, improve, and implement new processes, and assist users in understanding Salesforce. The ideal candidate would be Salesforce Certified or have the ability to obtain the certification immediately upon hire, have experience with/ability to run training sessions, and experience with Financial Services Cloud and SOQL Queries. Additional preferred experience includes knowledge of the financial services industry and its workflow, a strong aptitude for technology, excellent communication, logical and analytical thinking, and ability to take initiative while managing multiple projects.
