Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a sprinkle of Analyst flair! The Salesforce Administrator leads the design, and drives the testing, development, and integrations of SFDC by collaborating with stakeholders and end users. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to build and enhance workflows, increase functionality, and optimize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs. This position reports to the Salesforce Architect.
What You'll Be Accountable For
- Support day-to-day administration of SFDC to drive efficiency, utilization, and meet the diverse needs of multiple departments; Maintain and enhance workflows and functionality.
- Develop, test, and implement SFDC integrations and implement process improvements to meet stakeholders' business needs.
- Build out backend changes, reports and dashboards within SFDC.
- Perform ongoing customizations to product features and integrations with other internal and external applications and systems.
- Interface with users to identify opportunities for improvement, and build working partnerships with team members and user groups.
- Troubleshoot and debug processes and workflow escalations, including implementing and educating on new releases.
- Maintain knowledge of new features and functionality, including understanding and interpreting or modifying SFDC best practices to meet Ruby's business need.
- Maintain user access and security via user profiles, roles and permissions.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance including performing regular system maintenance, event monitoring, backups and data cleansing activities
- Understand business requirements and full Salesforce functionality to recommend and implement solutions.

Your Background
- 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple data sources including Marketing Automation (i.e. HubSpot), Outlook, and other propriety software.
- Experience working in Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Omni-channel Routing, previous Lightning experience highly desired.
- .NET software development exposure and integration experience highly preferred.
Work Environment
While we're all remote currently due to COVID, work typically takes place in an open office setting. It requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time and communicate effectively with a diverse audience in person, by phone and by computer.
