MIND Research Institute is currently seeking a driven, innovative, and motivated problem solver to add to our team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders, developing project plans and timelines, and configuring our Salesforce instance based on each client's individual requirements. Our Salesforce Administrator will facilitate end-user training and user support. The new team member will be focused on application support services to users, whether via phone, email, chat or in person. They will bridge the gap between Salesforce and the users who interact with it. The successful candidate must have the curiosity and expertise to innovate our instance for optimization and end-user satisfaction.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Responsible for requirements development, analysis, system design, configuration, data conversion, user training and lifecycle support of Salesforce
  • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
  • Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
  • Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
  • Understand requirements outlined by Partnerships (Sales Operations) and lead technical development, QA, and deployment of custom objects, workflow rules, automatic triggers, relationships and mappings, etc.
  • Own and modify existing system integrations with applications and 3rd party apps and evaluate and implement additional system integrations as requested.
  • Work with business users to understand their processes and suggest process improvements
  • Develop test scripts and testing phase and oversee unit and end user testing
  • Analyze reporting requirements and write custom reports for end users
  • Provide technical support to users as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of user satisfaction
  • Experience supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Salesforce
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications are preferred
  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, documenting solutions, delivering completed projects and CRM/ERP administration.
  • Ability to balance requirements from multiple stakeholders and develop appropriate solutions that meet the company mission.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions, including experience in installation, integration and training
  • Strong troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with Jitterbit, NetSuite, and GSuite a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLookups) a must

This full-time position reports to the Director of Partnerships Operations and will be a remote role. Preferred to be located in the Central or East Region.
