Provides support to assist the Strategic Management Relationship (SMR), Gift Funds, and Institutional Scheduling, and Cadet Character Leadership Development and offices in the area of application development, configuration, and program management for the current and future strategic portfolio. Also provide support for modernizing and enhancing the application environment, improving the efficiency of the environment, and working to align the application portfolio with the business needs and goals.

• Support the agency with a secure, stable, records-compliant, workflow-enabled multi-org Salesforce platform
• Must be able to establish and maintain a comprehensive project plan and implementation schedule (IMS) for multiple and concurrent work streams from initial identification through completion using appropriate best practices and the Agile project management methodology for software development as directed
• Provide updates of production applications to meet the ongoing unique objectives and requirements of specific components
• Contact the Salesforce Premium + Agile development “Team” to include a Technical Architect, Developer(s), Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance tester and, as needed, other technical specialists for limited assistance on executing modules
• Review existing and when needed, design and implement a user rights, permissions, and security model for each Salesforce platform module
• Design and implement system changes in a manner to support interoperability with future development efforts and in an open architecture manner, allowing for reuse of common objects across modules
• Provide updates to production applications to the on-going requirements of the internal and external user base
• Create technical architecture and site/application design documents
• Provide secure mechanisms to allow data exchange and interaction with external systems through APIs or other methods
• Configure and manage an issue tracker capability for the common services using an issue and requirement tracking tool or other Government provided tools
• Integrate release planning and requirement refinement with a unified, program-wide and Product Backlog management process

Be a certified and current Salesforce Administrator.
