Salesforce Administrator

SUMMARY

Vari is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator & Developer. This individual will be a key resource on the team that supports the ongoing enhancements and maintenance of our Salesforce cross-cloud platform. This business-critical platform supports all aspects of how our internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Accounting) interact with our current and future fans. It includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and an integration to B2B and B2C Commerce.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Actively involved in all aspects of implementing new Salesforce projects and features in an AGILE environment including design, development, and testing.
• Play a lead role in evaluating and designing simple and elegant technical solutions that balance the use of low code and/or custom code approaches.
• Develop required customizations to support integrations with other operational systems.
• Serve as technical expert as it relates to the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure adherence to leading practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with core team and business stakeholders.
• Exhibit a flexible and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Support existing functionality by troubleshooting Production bugs, executing one-time data updates, and performing various operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce technical debt.

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE:

• Experienced with Salesforce declarative configuration (e.g. custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, sharing settings, etc.).
• Experienced with the use of low code tools, like Process Builder and Flow, to build solutions that support complex business processes.
• Experienced with Apex Code, Lightning Web Components, and Visual Force.
• Experience with implementing Lightning Experience.
• Experience and deep knowledge of various Salesforce APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming.
• Experience with Salesforce Release Management (change sets or more advance tools like Bitbucket, Salesforce DX, etc.).
• Experience coordinating Salesforce integration activities with interfacing systems (e.g. NetSuite, JIRA, etc.) and middleware (e.g. Dell Boomi).
• Experience working in Agile development environment.
