We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who is detail oriented, creative, solutions-minded and enjoys interfacing directly with internal and external stakeholders in a nonprofit environment. The successful candidate will maintain, develop and leverage data to improve services and to support association goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience working with membership associations a plus 2 plus year experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator Excellent project management skills Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs experience creating documentation for requirements, design, testing and training Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, be detail oriented, meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests Ability to adapt to changing priorities as needed Excellent verbal and written skills Behaviors and Expectations: Adhere to our procedures, policies and guidelines. Ask questions for understanding and prompt process evaluation A desire to “live” and “play” with data Responsibilities: Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions and rules, auditing Act as a liaison between our users, vendors and Fonteva Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals Develop standards and processes to maintain data integrity Provide standard and custom reporting Perform database deduping and regular data hygiene Work with users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Fonteva usage, including creating standard operating procedures Manage third party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies Identify and develop tools to manipulate data where current system tools are insufficient with a focus on streamlining team processes Stay current with Fonteva releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed. Seek out new learning and training opportunities including administering training to existing or new staff Provide one to one training to end users on and on-going basis Manage data uploads and data migrations Complete regular internal systems audits and prepare for upgrades Document and execute the end of year process Find efficiencies by using Fonteva to handle processes that are being done outside of Fonteva Other duties as assigned | Quick Apply
