Job Description Sage has an exciting opening for a Salesforce System Admin to support our Sales Operations functions at our Atlanta, Georgia location. This individual will be responsible for Sage Global business units as part of the IT shared services organization, specifically administration tasks on the Global Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce and added applications, including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance.
• Define rules to ensure data quality meets the business needs; ensure data is clean and up to date on a weekly basis.
• Educate internal customers on the most efficient and accurate usage of data: develop, and regularly review, business practices that effect customer data management and usage.
• Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management.
• Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, create and maintains custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
• Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary.
• Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
• Manage and maintain third party apps including Hubspot, CRM Fusion Demand Tools (DupeBlocker), Invoca, Xactly, DocuSign, and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed and all installed packages releases.
• Establish and implement best practices; system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
