Overview:

The successful Salesforce Administrator candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the SFDC platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts on supporting the Salesforce and Lightning platforms. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Perform user setups, configurations, migrations, troubleshooting of processes or triggers, etc.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
• Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements; Provide application users with technical support;
• Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Qualifications:

• Business Applications Analyst experience supporting business functions around Sales Force/SFDC and Salesforce Lightning is a requirement
• Proven Salesforce.com integration and administrative skills
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, and SFDC data loaders)
• Experience with Liquid Frameworks preferred
• Strong experience in SFDC Administration
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Administration/configuration/scripting/workflow)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a client facing role in interacting with business to understand Business requirements
• Proficient with technology, including office applications, sales force automation, database systems, executing data imports, running exports, merging records, and running reports
• Ability to design and implement new business processes leveraging and integrating across applications like CPQ, Salesforce etc.
• Good communication skills with the ability to lead and train others
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external sources
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very strong organizational and project management skills
