Job description

Technical skills : Salesforce , Salesforce configuration, Salesforce application , Salesforce customer support

·         Support salesforce application users on their day to day queries and issues

·         Support new business onboarding to use the Salesforce application

·         Configure application as per the user and business process needs

·         Bulk import and/or update the data on need basis

·         Assist with data migration activities by mapping the data fields from legacy system to Salesforce

·         Participating in requirement gathering, product configuration, testing and train the trainer

·         Answer any questions on using the application

·         Help troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified by end users.

·         Partner with Salesforce developers to solution when customization is needed

·         Help team with low level code to enhance the applications

• SFDC certification (min. PD1, Admin)

• Strong understanding of Force.com framework, coding skills (APEX, Visualforce and the Web Services API) adhering to the best practices of Salesforce.

• Strong knowledge on sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations.

• Good experience working with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, REST, SOAP (JSON and XML).

• Experience in developing integrations using Rest APIs and Webservices

• Experience in developing solutions with salesforce declarative tools; workflows, Process builders, validation rules, Flows and approval processes.

• Salesforce Lightning configuration and Development experience

• Ensuring data flows through the various pieces of the integration smoothly.
