A Salesforce Administrator job in West Loop, Chicago s available through Modis. The ideal candidate should have the right mix of business analysis skills and passion for leveraging existing functionality or developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Salesforce Administrator job responsibilities:

• Design, implement and deploy solutions supporting HSF business processes on Salesforce platform.
• Oversight over Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Community and Wave Analytics.
• Analyze requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs.
• Determine when it is appropriate to include custom application development or third-party application and identify the appropriate third-party products/applications to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation of all application integrations and all custom development on the platform

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying business process applications on the Salesforce platform
• Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Community and Wave Analytics
• Background integrating marketing automation platform with Salesforce (Marketo a plus)

•                    Salesforce Certified System Administrator and Certified Advanced System Administrator
