We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will support administration, configuration, support, and training for the Salesforce database and all integrated applications on the platform.

What You'll Do
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will support administration, configuration, support, and training for the Salesforce database and all integrated applications on the platform.
- Configuration: create and manage administration processes including, but not limited to: workflows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, process builder flows, lists generation. Develop reports, dashboards, workflows and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Administration: align and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, record distribution, security, queues, licenses, capacity, database and storage limits. Be the primary point of contact for day to day user requests and administrative needs of users.
- Change Management: perform unit testing on any new configuration and support QA and regression testing of new changes through creation of test cases. Follow internal Change Management processes and ticket management to ensure user acceptance and thorough completion of Change Requests.
- Strategy and Collaboration: Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the system to support additional business processes, workflows or functions. Work with marketing team to support lifecycle management.
- End-User Support: help create training plans, materials, and documentation for database users. Keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions (in-person or via webinar). Support and maintain effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing and Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator 201 certification
- 3 years minimum Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of core functionality and best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and marketing applications (Marketo)
- Experience using Salesforce Communities
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and training skills
- Highly proficient in creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields in web-based applications
