Position: Salesforce Admin

Location: Portland, OR / Remote candidates are OK

Duration: 6 Months to start with

Job description:

• Salesforce Administrator to lead deployment of improved processes on the force.com platform.
• Working closely with subject matter experts to develop & deploy new processes, including: Marketing Journeys, Lead generation & Opportunity workflow processes, community pages & cases.
• Role will be part administrator and part salesforce analyst, responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
• Marketing Cloud: Journey optimization & data segmentation optimization.
• Sales Cloud: Data Import management, Tableau Integration, Workflow, Cases optimization.
• Community Cloud: Cloud Pages setup & branding.
• Service Cloud Management.

Required Skills:

• 2 years minimum as Salesforce Admin
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) cert preferred
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
• Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
