We are looking for a passionate and talented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and help take our Salesforce platform and your career to the next level. You will be given a high level of responsibility, ownership and freedom to make an immediate impact. This individual will report to our Salesforce Practice Leader.

What You'll Do:

• Bring our core Salesforce platform and each Cloud we enable to the next level: Sales, Service, Community & a host of integrated apps & services.
• We're a scrappy team serving a large organization so you'll share Administrative and BA functions – knowing how to maintain and enhance a best in class platform to drive great data, reliable processes and new features.
• Look critically at what we've built and offer input on how we can get better in order to deliver on our strategic objectives.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years Administrative experience
• Experience in organizations with high-growth, multi-cloud environments
• Solid understanding and passion for leveraging Lightning tools and features
• Demonstrated experience extending the Salesforce platform declaratively
• Ability to own, prioritize and execute on multiple Admin responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to proactively collaborate with peers and business stakeholders to design and evaluate requirements and business processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Understands a DevOps workflow and continuous improvement approach
• Experience leveraging analytical tools and techniques to drive results

Nice to Have:

• Additional Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Developer I
• HTML, CSS & Javascript
• Writing, De-bugging and Testing APEX
• Flow Design, Lightning Web Components
