The Opportunity
It is an exciting time here at Dechra Pharmaceuticals and as part of our continued growth, we have a brand new opportunity for an experience Salesforce Administrator to join our European Dechra Veterinary Products division (DVP).
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Business Development, the CRM Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce.com and related solutions that support our Commercial business strategies and objectives. This remote role is an internal customer facing position that provides Salesforce best practices, strategic guidance and project deliverables to all levels of the organization.
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Work closely with managers and country stakeholders in the design, configuration & build-out of the Salesforce platform
- Investigate and recommend new features/functionality based on an in-depth understanding of business needs
- Lead all new Salesforce feature/functionality initiatives, managing every aspect from ideation and approval through to roll-out and training
- Troubleshoot and investigate/resolve issues; engage Salesforce and 3rd party support resources as necessary
- Evaluate, manage and execute third-party application integrations; provide ongoing maintenance and support activities, engaging vendors and other internal support resources as necessary
- Manage Salesforce user licenses, roles and permissions
- Create reports from the empirical data which is stored in the Salesforce CRM system and produce data driven insights that will support commercial operations
- Review and disseminate information about Salesforce scheduled releases as appropriate
- Perform routine Salesforce backup/data maintenance activities
About You
Here at Dechra we pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer and we embrace candidates from all walks of life. We’re particularly keen to here from those who have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Preferable certified for Communities; Marketing Cloud, CPQ or Pardot
- Experience of implementing, configuring or administering Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of designing and maintaining complex user roles, security, profiles and workflow rules
- Ability to structure and organize effectively and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to understand the Business needs and are customer-oriented at all times
Education
Educated to degree level or equivalent within a related discipline is desirable but non-essential.
