Job Designation Provide support for Salesforce related issues including data quality, configuration defects, training, reports & dashboards, user management, minor enhancements, and other system related issues. Job Core Responsibilities Collaborate with agency partners and internal data teams to design/develop segments, data extensions, suppression lists, imports and exports. Create/maintain Salesforce.com hierarchy and territories, reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes. Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for all CRM subject areas (campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account, and revenue activities). Monitor and improve data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required. Create and maintain dashboards and complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management. Build and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency. Communicate regularly with users on new features, enhancements and changes to the system. Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training to users as required. Research and implement new releases, patches, and system updates of CRM system/s as required. Ability to create Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions, email templates and manage shared content library. Use Marketing Cloud to build journeys, write queries, build data extensions, etc. Design marketing automation programs including Triggered Sends, Automation Studio Activities, Platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns. Job Specifications Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience Required Experience: Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required. At least two years of experience working in or managing a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment (B2B and some B2C) with a deep understanding of various Salesforce Marketing Cloud components and the interconnectedness of those products. Experience with Email Studio and Journey Builder; delivering SSJS, Ampscript; execution of A/B Testing and proficiency in Front End skills such as HTML/CSS. Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting tools. Operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules and budgets. Detail oriented, self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
