4.1| ||Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description As our Salesforce footprint expands exponentially, we now find ourselves immediately needing to hire a Salesforce administrator. As a SFA you will be working/collaboration with core members of our CRM team. Only individuals that are currently in the role of SFA will be considered. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment Coordinate, action upon and communicate all SFDC environment refreshes Act as primary liaison on third party tools and integrations, including the documentation and best practice requirements for permissions and security. Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of simple complexity. Complete simple bug fixes. Under the guidance of senior-level engineers, successfully implement development processes, coding best practices and code reviews. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve basic technical issues as necessary. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Previous experience working with a global, enterprise Salesforce implementation including Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds. Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform and integrations including, but not limited to CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, etc. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, data loader. Knowledge of Salesforce workflows including triggers, SOQL and SOSL.
