The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) is a unique, public-private partnership designed to address our talent shortage. WSOS fuels the states economy by providing scholarships and a continuum of support services to high potential students who are pursuing a graduate degree, bachelors degree, associate degree, certificate, or apprenticeship in a high-demand trade, health care or STEM program in Washington state.The Salesforce Administrator will build and support a newly migrated Salesforce instance at a growing nonprofit. As a member of the WSOS team, the Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in developing and administering solutions to ensure a secure constituent database to be used across multiple teams. WSOS constituents and partners include but are not limited to donors and prospects, mentors and promotional partners. Working closely with program managers and the leadership team, the Salesforce Administrator will create systems and processes that are scalable, maintainable and user-friendly. As the in-house expert, the successful candidate will own the engineering, testing, release and support of all applications of Salesforce.The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Deputy Director and is responsible for leading the strategy and approach to relationship management across the organization.
