Our Building Operating Unit has built a reputation for high quality commercial and Mixed-used developments, Healthcare, Custodial, Defence, and Education. Our award-winning projects include 52 Lime Street, 30 St Mary Axe, Bristol Schools, St Bartholomew and the Royal London Hospitals to name a few.

We are now looking to recruit a Salesforce administrator to maintain accurate information within the Skanska Customer Relationship Management system “Salesforce”.

This is a key role in the team in which you will be the salesforce champion within the Building OU, explaining and promoting the benefits of the system utilising all the systems capabilities to provide valuable business insights for the leadership team by generating reports, dashboards and data analytics, including using additional analysis software such as power BI.

You Will:

  • Input and maintain accurate, up to date information into the CRM system relating to opportunities, meetings and customer data.
  • Setup and train new users, user maintenance and permissions
  • Utilise 3rd party software to analyse and visualise data (i.e. Power BI)
  • Attend work winning meetings, maintaining and administering accurate minutes
  • Assist with the organisation of customer and consultant events
  • Produce presentations to support BD team in internal and external meetings
  • Support the Head of BD and Pre Construction Director with customer related administrative tasks

We’re Looking for:

  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel essential, Power BI a benefit and experience of other Salesforce or similar CRM systems a distinct advantage.
  • Good communication skills as you’ll work with people at various levels in the organisation.
  • Experience of System governance and best practice are key considerations in this role.
  • Demonstrable experience in influencing and motivating people to adopt new systems or processes.
