Reporting up to the VP, Global Sales Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will manage the ongoing expansion of our Sales Cloud solution. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The administrator will collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to support our core business processes, and will also recommend new enhancements/features to address business needs.

Why this role is important to PSI
Reporting up to the VP, Global Sales Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will manage the ongoing expansion of our Sales Cloud solution. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The administrator will collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to support our core business processes, and will also recommend new enhancements/features to address business needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle all basic administrative functions on a day-to-day basis including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, custom fields and other routine tasks
- Responding to issues, change requests, and other administrative needs of Salesforce end users.
- Manage with “train the trainer” programme, training new hires and upskilling existing staff of the use of Salesforce.com.
- Monitor CRM inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Provide oversight/support for connected components such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Assist with mass imports and exports of data as needed.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce.com and identify pain points related to adoption and usage of the platform

- Must be a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to work with remote colleagues in a global organisation
- Excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise an ongoing, shifting workload
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to communicate (both in writing and spoken) in a clear, articulate, convincing and professional manner
Technical Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential or ADM201/ADX201 course completion strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of advanced features of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, and/or ZenDesk preferred
- Experience performing administrative functions within Salesforce Lightning UI
- Experience performing common Salesforce system administrator tasks such as: maintaining user roles and profiles, configuring validation rules, workflow rules, triggers, formula fields, creating custom objects, setting permissions and enabling field level security
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other tools/applications
Education & Work Experience
- Proven Salesforce administrator experience required
- Proven Sales Operations experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field; may consider related work experience
