Position Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing maintenance
and development of our Salesforce platform and is responsible for all technical
aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems
integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. The
successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and
adoption on the Salesforce platform. The administrator will work closely with
functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to
identify, develop and deploy new solutions and business processes. This role is
part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day
configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·
Serve as primary
system administrator for the Salesforce environment

·
Handle all basic
administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and
dashboards, workflows and

other routine tasks

·
Complete regular
internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

·
Manage Salesforce
data feeds and other integrations

·
Coordinate the
evaluation, scope and completion of new projects/development requests

·
Work with management
to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and
change management activities

·
Assist in training
of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

·
Work independently
with members of the user community to define and document requirements

·
Ownership of all
technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality,
systems

integrations, 3rd
party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code

·
Technical
leadership, setting best practices including integration and application
development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

·
Seek out ways to
utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to

support an
organization scaling at a rapid pace

·
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field

·
Minimum two years of
experience as a Salesforce Administrator

·
Salesforce Admin
Certified

·
Excellent project
management skills and a positive attitude

·
Demonstrated ability
to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

·
Creative and
analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

·
Must demonstrate
ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

·
Ability to assess
the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and
downstream applications, systems and processes

·
Proven ability to
design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

·
Strong understanding
of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with the ability to build
custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content
of intermediate complexity

·
Strong data
management abilities

·
A documented history
of successfully driving projects to completion

·
A demonstrated
ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

·
Solid understanding
of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API

·
Proficiency in HTML,
XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services

·
Strong understanding
of relational databases

·
Demonstrated success
with multiple Salesforce integration projects

·
Experience
integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async

·
Experience with
scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other
enterprise

integrating
technologies

·
Strong business
analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering,
creating/deploying

solutions to end
users

Preferred Qualifications

·
Advanced Admin,
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications

·
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

·
Experience writing
Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
