Role:

  • Serve as the functional and technical leader for the Salesforce implementation team in determining the best approach for a requirement
  • Work with the application development partners to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce instances via declarative tools, including workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Document requirements and design into functional specifications
  • Execute data conversions and data validation

Skills desired:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration
  • Strong understanding of data architecture best practices
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to run Salesforce projects as a stand-alone leader
  • Significant experience gathering requirements and implementing data migrations, data maintenance routines, and system integrations
  • Experience with data migrations to and from Salesforce Desired

Certifications

  • Any or a mix of Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Salesforce Administrator 401 certifications a plus
