JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading financial institution, who is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include

• You will play a lead role in their salesforce environment covering a variety of areas.
• Handle specific administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows etc.
• Drive the growth of the salesforce platform across the business including training new users as well as upskilling existing users where necessary.
• Work across multiple business lines to communicate your ideas and plans to ensure effective integration.

Qualifications needed

• 5+ years experience working with salesforce in an administration or configuration role.
• Ideally some experience with sales cloud & lightning framework is preferred.
• Proven experience handling end user support and new feature implementation for an organization.
• Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment is highly preferred.
