Experience: Entry/Mid-Level Travel Required: No Overview of the Role: The Salesforce Administrator partners closely with our Special Operations team to develop Salesforce-based solutions in an effort to streamline workflow and operations across the company. The Special Operations team provides consulting services, architecture, design, and training across internal teams throughout Priva Health. The Salesforce Administrator is a Product Owner that will work directly alongside our full-time Salesforce Developer. This is a great opportunity for new admins to get hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities! Primary Job Duties: Oversee Salesforce support queue for internal employee and customer community user incidents and change requests Is an activist for best practices and enforces them on the team Mentor junior administrators and delegate work where appropriate Manage user provisioning for employees and Community Users Complete configuration in sandbox environments, test, and deploy to other test environments/production via change sets Complete end user training/new hire orientation sessions as necessary, promote adoption across business units Manage OWD, sharing settings, profiles, and permission sets Improve usability and design of all systems and document release notes Contribute to production configuration (custom field and object creation and updates, page layouts, etc.) Perform data management tasks, including data imports and mass updates Minimum Qualifications: 2-3 years experience administering and configuring at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Advanced Administrator certification Experience implementing and managing third-party applications such as: Pardot, GetFeedback, DocuSign, etc. Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Dataloader.io, etc.) Thorough understanding of the SF licensing structure and various services offered by Salesforce Proven experience with SFDC automation tools (Workflow, Visual Flow, Process Builder) Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Communication Methods: Email G Chat Google Hangouts Telephone Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
