Salary: $75,000 - $80,000K; Annually

Our financial client is in need of a Salesforce Administrator with 5 years of experience, starting Mid-August in a contract to hire position!

This is a new platform within the organization so you must be a true Salesforce Subject Matter expert to be considered for this position.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities

• Initiate and actively facilitate meetings with cross-functional system users and analysts to identify/establish/improve processes and workflows and/or new applications that address growth goals and pain points
• Own the administration and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce, including understanding business needs and the technical aspects of an optimized CRM platform
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes for users and management to monitor and track opportunity/sales ratio, sales production, referral tracking/quality, and incentives
• Collaborate with development team to identify and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve business needs
• Stay current on product roadmaps and applications and keep Salesforce system up-to-date on releases and new features
  

Salesforce Administrator Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and related experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
• Experience in project management and business analysis
• Experience using Salesforce in an administrator role with a Retail Financial Institution
