Hodges University is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support their Information Technology department. A successful candidate will have a record of improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Student outreach, marketing, and course admissions business processes. This role is part project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, custom applications, and other routine tasks
- Complete regular system upgrades
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
- Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests
- Assist in the training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Document the Salesforce environment as needed
Experience Required
- Knowledge and experience working and implementing Salesforce
- Experience in Higher Education is a plus
- Salesforce Admin certified
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Familiar with basic change management practices and processes
- Associate Degree preferred
