The Business Operations team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be the primary manager of our Salesforce.com instance and other adjacent business systems. You would be joining a team of Analysts, System Experts and Developers who work as a cohesive group to support Salsify’s business units. This role operates in a fast paced environment with the ability to have a significant impact on the organization each day.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Develop and execute on the day-to-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance and overall improvement of the Salesforce platform
• Gather requirements for enhancements and translate business requirements into technical requirements and executable plans
• Identify platform issues and craft technical resolutions and communication plans to remedy
• Partner with the enablement and training teams to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary
• Work with the Sales team to correctly configure deals in Salesforce including products, discounts, and deal terms
• Maintain updated documentation of processes and procedures for our Salesforce instance
