Salary: up to $80,000K; Annually

Our Financial client is in need of a Salesforce Administrator with @ least 5 years of experience, starting Mid-August in a contract to hire position!

This is a new platform for them, so you must be a true Salesforce Subject Matter expert to be considered for this position.

This person will own the entire platform and will mainly work closely with the sales teams to optimize lead/opportunity flow and build any supportive reporting tools.

This person will not be involved in marketing strategy, direction, or creative. Someone whose made a career of Salesforce and everything about their experience is in building up and managing the system according to the needs of the sales and marketing teams.

This position leans more to the technical side

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities

Own the administration and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce, including understanding business needs and the technical aspects of an optimized CRM platform.

• Stay current on product roadmaps / applications and keep Salesforce system up-to-date on releases and new features.
• Initiate and actively facilitate meetings with cross-functional system users and analysts to identify/establish/improve processes/workflows and/or new applications that address growth goals and pain points.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent / related experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
• Experience in project management and business analysis
• Experience using Salesforce in an administrator role with a Retail Financial Institution
