We have an immediate opening for a Salesforce Administrator. In this position, you will help drive implementation and maintenance of current and future systems for the company. One of your key duties will be to help organize and optimize the company's Salesforce implementations. Work closely with cross-functional users to enhance the operations of business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
To be successful, you'll need to be a hands-on initiative taker. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you like working with others to develop a strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to implement that strategy, we're probably a good fit.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related study or equivalent combination of education and detail oriented experience.
•3 years of experience working with Salesforce.
•3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
•Salesforce Administrator Certification.
•Experience with configuring and managing SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, Case Management, Knowledge Base and Data Loader.
•Proficiency in creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and process builder.
•Excellent project management skills with strong organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities all while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
•Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
•Must have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
•Ability to work independently and be results driven and should be familiar with agile driven development.
•Strong Reporting and Dashboards experience.
•Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from business partners, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
•Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
•Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
•Strong data management abilities.
•A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
