Power IT is recruiting for a Marketing Cloud Configuration Salesforce Administrator Position Summary The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the daily management of the Marketing Cloud system, Configuration and maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features of the platform. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for configuration of the email platform acting as the Subject Matter Expert by managing operations (i.e. inbox deliverability, data feeds, mobile metrics) as AMPscript, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio Journey Builder. Assist in contributing to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution architecture and recommendations. Complete configuration and technical production and deployment activities including but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Execute the day-to-day email operations to ensure all steps related to email campaigns have been completed with accuracy and timeliness. Work with Salesforce, support vendors and internal technical staff to troubleshoot and apply new features, upgrades and patches. Perform Administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc. Assist with RESTSOAP API implementation and system integrations. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology. 4 to 5 years of experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration Configuration experience Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
