Overview of the role:
Become a key member of the Accela Revenue Operations team, contributing to the success of the company by administering, maintaining and optimizing our salesforce.com environment.
Impact you will make in the role (Responsibilities):
- Serve as system administrator for salesforce.com environment across sales, CPQ, support and community.
- Manage functions including user accounts, profiles, data feeds / integrations and security
- Create and modify objects, fields, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Perform end to end testing of changes to system
- Understand business objectives and functional requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM/ CPQ/ Support / Community functionality and best practices
- Experience implementing and supporting technically complex projects.
- Salesforce certification
- 5+ Years salesforce experience
