We are looking for 1-2 year experience, junior level, not a ton of experience, but has the basic technical skillset and willingness to learn. Fast moving team that is implementing and rolling out new features constantly. Must have great customer service.

1. Create New User Profiles and Monitor Access Levels a. They create each user account and determine the proper level of access based on the employee’s role within the company.

2. Import New Leads and Contacts a. Oversee the importation of new leads and contacts on a daily basis.

3. Install High-Priority Updates from Salesforce.com a. While Salesforce automatically installs high-priority updates after a certain time period. This allows them to test the update in controlled conditions to see how it affects their system configurations.

4. Run Quarterly Database Maintenance Reports/Health Check/Adoption a. Run tests and reports to keep an eye on the health of their database. These include field utilization reports, roles by profile reports, and several others.

5. Enhancements a. Automations, workflows, validation rules

6. System Knowledge + Understanding a. This role will help “train the trainer” or educate our Salesforce Trainer so they can in turn train and educate our users especially on updates from Salesforce, new enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified Salesforce administrator
  • Lightning Experience is a must
  • User Technical Support through cases and chat
  • Marketing Cloud utilization is a plus but can be trained
  • Data management

2. Validation Rule If Employed = True, Employee Registration Status is not populated and or Edassist primary status is not populated, require the end user to populate those fields before they can save the record.

3. Process builder When the conditions are all true Employee Registration Status = 'inactive' or Employee Registration Status is null AND EdAssist Primary Status = 'inactive' or EdAssist Primary Status is null AND College Coach Program = 'false' AND College Coach Primary Status is null OR CollegeCoach Primary Status = 'inactive' OR CollegeCoach Primary Status = 'ineligible' Check the employed check box
